According to allafrica.com, Karkar oil is a combination of Sesame oil which is heated and then bee honey wax, animal fat and perfume are added to the mixture. This mixture: is believed to thicken the hair, remove dandruff and stop hair fall.

The Sesame oil in Karkar oil has an abundance of fatty acids that are good for your hair. They include the linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid. It is also a source of vitamins E and K. Other benefits of Sesame oil include:
