EEDC is an electricity distribution company (DisCos) operating in Enugu, Nigeria. EEDC’s aim is to effectively distributes and market electricity in the five (5) South Eastern States of Nigeria, namely; Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo State.

The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) approved Mojec International Limited to be EEDC’s MAP implementer.

  • Step 2. Fill and Submit the Form – Fill the application form and submit to the custome service representative, attaching a copy of your bill and a valid form of identity.
  • Step 3. The pre-survey process has now initiated. – EDDC metering team will visit your property for pre-survey, to ascertain the appropriate meter required and that all is in order for metering.
  • Step 4: The EEDC customer will then get a Demand Note with which to pay for the meter at the designated bank. – A demand note will be issued to you with which you will make payment for the approved meter. This document will have the name of the MAP, the amount you are expected to pay and the designated bank and account details.
  • Step 5: Make Payment. – Payment is made for the meter at the designated bank and a copy of the bank Teller presented to the Customer Service representative at EEDC District office.
  • Step 6: Get Metered – Meter will be installed within 10 working days after payment is made.

EEDC Customers are to take note off the following;

  1. Application form for EEDC Prepaid Meters is FREE
  2. EEDC prepayment meter application forms have serial numbers, customers should NOT photocopy these forms.
  3. Do not make payment for prepaid meters to any individual or group, only make payment into a dedicated bank account given to you during meter applicant.
