That amount of polyphenols amounts to two to three cups of jasmine tea daily.

  1. You don’t want to drink more than twelve cups of jasmine tea. This is because jasmin tea have a 25 mg amount of caffeine in every 8 ounce cup. The recommended limit to caffeine is about 300 to 400 miligrams daily. Too much caffeine can lead you to sleeping troubles, increased heartbeat, jitters, heart palpitations and even cardiac arrest.
  2. Consuming too much jasmine tea will also lead to too much linalool which can be dangerous. It is advised to not drink jasmine tea before driving because linalool can make you a little dizzy.
  3. if you drink too much jasmine tea regularly, your body may be dependent to the caffeine content inside. The result is problems in the process of withdrawal such as drowsiness, headache and irritability once you stop consuming it.
