  2. Swish it for 15–20 minutes in your mouth and you should not to swallow any.
  3. When you are done, then you can spit the oil into a trash. In addition, spitting it into the sink or toilet can cause a buildup of oil or lead to clogging, so you should avoid it.
  4. Before you eat or drink anything, make sure to rinse your mouth well with water.

Those steps you can repeat a few times in a week or up to three times daily. For the option, you can do by swish in just for 5 minutes and then increase the duration until you’re able to do it for a full 15–20 minutes.
