Prices of Samsung Tab E in Nigeria

In a world where mobile Tablets are becoming increasingly popular, it is easy to see why Samsung leads the pack in Nigeria today. Despite their prices being on the high side, they still rank amongst the most wanted in the tablet market. Samsung has created a bequest that ranks them so vastly in the market.

The Galaxy Tablet E can be purchased between the price brackets of N59,000 – N120,000 in most of the popular phone stores in the country. The disparity in prices could be as a result of changes in currency exchange rates at the time of purchase and other similar factors.

The tablet is among those few ones you can get almost everywhere. They are available in gadget stores across the country. They can easily be gotten directly from the manufacturer or any Samsung outlet around. For convenience, you can also order the tablets online from popular e-commerce stores around the country.

Samsung Tab E Review

When Samsung released this Tablet towards the last months of 2015, the mobile world was not only impressed with the tab’s sleek features and specifications, the tab’s ease of handling and usage made it popular in the market. While the specs are nice, some phone lovers have their reservation with its not-too-impressive internal memory and RAM.

Given the price the tablet goes for, it is a reasonable and cheaper alternative to the most other expensive tablets in the market today. Let us take a deeper look at the features and specifications.

Body and Design

When it comes to tablet designs, Samsung rates among the leading brand and the Tab E, as always, shows this. This tablet design follows the Galaxy tab trend in terms of design. While the design is not the flashiest, it remains among the simplest Samsung tablets with astonishing features. The sides are made of plastic and fit smoothly with the front and back of the tablet.

Operating System and Processor

The original 9.6-inch Samsung Tab E was released in 2014 and runs on the popular Android 5.1. This bigger version is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and comes with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. It also features a microSD card slot allows for memory expansion to up to 128GB.

The 8-inch version of the Galaxy Tab E which was released a year later has very comparable specifications — a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 CPU, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

Battery

The battery capacity of this tablet is one of the features the brand has gotten so right with the Tab E. The brand has had issues with their tablet batteries prior to the launch of Tab E and they needed to do better.

Tab E was released with lots of expectation in terms of battery and the tablet met it, at least largely. Its 5,000 mAh ensures a praiseworthy battery capacity and sensible progress over previous models. This means that when fully charged, you can easily use this tablet all through the day without needing to charge it. Based on several reports and test, it rates a minimum efficiency rate of about 12 hours of constant usage.

Display

Samsung Galaxy Tab E rates among the top seven Samsung tablets with the largest screen. Interestingly, it boasts a remarkable 9.6-inch display with no notch.  This is one of the most dazzling features of the smartphone. With a screen resolution of 800 by 12800 pixels, you can expect a very sharp and colourful display. If you love watching live football matches, movies, and programs on your tablet, then you will appreciate Galaxy Tab E even better.

Camera

The camera is not one of the core features of a tablet. Although fans appreciate a tablet with smart and sharp cameras, even more, Tab E does not rate so highly in terms of camera. The back camera boasts a 5 MP camera and another 2 MP front shooter for selfie.

Conclusion

While the overall reaction of the Galaxy Tab E is crushingly positive, it is important to recall that this tablet was launched over four years ago, a period our hassles for tablets and other mobile gadgets were not as today. Compared with modern tablets, the Galaxy Tab Es’ display resolution of 1280 x 800 is not good enough, and their processor is way underpowered.  Those asides, the Tablet is still fairly lovely.
