Massar Egbari is an Egyptian rock band that was formed in Alexandria in 2005. The band’s name translates to “Compulsory Detour” in English. They gained popularity with their fusion of rock, pop, and Egyptian folk music, creating a unique sound that appeals to a wide audience.

The band consists of five members: Ayman Massoud (vocals and rhythm guitar), Hany El Dakkak (lead guitar), Ahmed Hafez (bass guitar), Ayman Amin (keyboard), and Tamer Attallah (drums). Each member brings their own musical influences and talents to the group, resulting in a diverse and captivating sound.
