Because Ashwagandha contains high antioxidants that can increase white blood cell production and improve immune function. But Ashwagandha is not recommended for those who have high blood pressure.

  1. Fight Cancer

Because of the antioxidants and anti-cancer contained in Ashwagandha, Ashwagandha can prevent or stop cancer. For examples include breast cancer, colon cancer, leukemia, prostate lung and sarcoma. In addition, Ashwagandha can protect healthy cells from damage to conventional cancer therapy.

  1. Increase Fertility for Male

Ashwagandha can also increase fertility in men. Revealed in an international journal, men who consume Ashwagandha experience an increase in sperm count and prevent infertility.

Cauntions for Consuming Ashwagandha :

People who suffer from diabetes, digestive disorders, ulcers and liver disorders are advised not to consume Ashwagandha. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are also not recommended to treat it. And when consuming Ashwagandha, it is recommended not to consume sedatives.
